Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation on your email or phone as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it's on its way.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your package in real time on our courier partner's website. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
